These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of SMS Filter: Junk, Spam Blocker ("SMS Filter", "the App"), developed by Muhammed Emin Aydın ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. The Service

SMS Filter uses Apple's Message Filter framework to automatically sort incoming SMS/MMS text messages into categories (e.g., Inbox, Transactions, Junk) directly on your device, based on a combination of a shared, periodically updated spam pattern list and any personal rules you create. Some features (e.g., automatic list updates, Premium entitlement sync) require an internet connection; see our Privacy Policy for details on what is transmitted.

2. Eligibility and License

You must be able to form a binding contract to use the App. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to Apple's standard licensed application end user license agreement and these Terms.

3. Subscriptions and Purchases

• The App may offer a free tier and an auto-renewing Premium subscription and/or one-time purchases ("Premium").
• Prices, trial periods, and billing terms are displayed at the point of purchase inside the App and are processed exclusively by Apple through your App Store account.
• Auto-renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew for the same duration and at the then-current price unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, in Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your device.
• Billing: Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• Cancellation: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device's Subscription settings. Cancelling does not refund the unused portion of a current period.
• Free trials: If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited once you purchase a subscription, where applicable.
• Restore Purchases: If you reinstall the App or switch devices, use the "Restore Purchases" option inside the App to restore Premium access tied to your Apple ID.
• All payments are handled by Apple in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App; use the App for any unlawful purpose; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any backend service the App relies on; or resell, sublicense, or redistribute the App.

5. No Warranty; Filtering Accuracy Disclaimer

SMS FILTER IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
